Class Schedule

Summer Term Dates (12 week term):

Week 1: classes begin week beginning 15 April
Half Term (no classes): one week beginning 27 May
Last week (week 12): week beginning 8 July

Please note: Dave will be not teaching the last week and so will be offering an 11 week term

Schedule:

Much remains the same, but Gail is not running hybrid classes with live zoom attendees. She will still be recording a class every week, however, and so this will still be available to all that enrol. Dave will continue running the hybrid Wednesday class as usual.

Regular Classes with Gail:

Wednesday 10.00am – 11.15am

Thursday 9.30am – 10.45am

Thursday 6.00pm – 7.15pm

Regular Classes with Dave:

Monday (meditative practice) 6.00pm – 7.00pm

Wednesday (vedic chanting) 10.00 – 11.15am
(NB: this is an additional enrolment) 

Wednesday 6.00pm – 7.15pm

The cost for the 12 weeks of regular classes with Gail is £156.
The cost for the 11 weeks of regular classes with Dave is £143.

This is as before, for unlimited access via zoom to Dave’s class (as Gail is no longer streaming hers), attendance in person at one nominated class, if you choose, and one recording (please let us know which).

If you want to come live please let us know which class you wish to attend, although no need to tell us if you have been coming this term and are staying with the same class - we will assume you will stay with that one.

If you wish to come to the Monday meditative practice class, which will remain just on zoom, the cost will be as follows: £110 for the meditative practice class only, assuming you are not attending the asana classes. If you do come to the asana as well, the combined cost is £220 (an additional £7 per week for the monday class). In either of these cases you will get the recording of the Monday class also.

The vedic chanting classes are £122 for the 11 weeks and are also zoom only. These are completely separate to the regular classes. Talk to Dave if is this is of interest and you haven't already attended.
